Jeffrey J. Klaus is an attorney with the Clare office. His practice areas include real estate, business transactions, Family Business succession, corporate organization, civil litigation, probate & estate planning. Mr. Klaus received his Juris Doctorate from St. Mary's University School of Law in San Antonio, TX, and was admitted to practice law in Texas in 1996. He earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale and a degree in Economics from the University of Missouri - Columbia. Mr. Klaus is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the State Bar of Michigan. He is a past President of the Clare Chamber of Commerce and the Clare Junior Achievement Board. He is a board member for the Clare Industrial Development Corporation and is a member of the Clare Rotary Club. Mr. Klaus continues to serve as a director for local non-profit corporations and is a past chair of the local Development Finance Authority with the City of Clare. Prior to Joining Martineau, Hackett, Romashko, O'Neil & Klaus, PLLC he was a partner at Allen & Klaus LLP in Clare.
